About the Role: The Summer Non-Congregate Coordinator is a seasonal leadership role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Non-Congregate Meal Sites as part of the Summer Feeding Program. This role ensures that meals are distributed efficiently to eligible children in compliance with federal and state regulations. The coordinator will manage meal distribution logistics, supervise administrative tasks, and serve as the primary point of contact for Non-Congregate Meal Partners. This position requires strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and assist in all non-congregated administrative tasks to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
- Serve as the primary contact for Non-Congregate Meal Partners, addressing inquiries and ensuring smooth operations.
- Conduct return monitors and site visits to assess program effectiveness and adherence to Summer Food Service Program (SFSP) regulations.
- Update and manage meal records in coordination with the Federal Lead to ensure accurate reporting of served meals.
- Ensure timely and efficient meal distribution, following federal guidelines for non-congregate feeding.
- Work closely with the logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of meals.
- Support data collection and maintain necessary documentation for program reporting.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with diverse communities and partners.
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for data tracking and reporting.
- Prior experience in food distribution, logistics, or nonprofit program coordination is a plus.

- Must have a valid Oklahoma drivers license and current vehicle insurance.
