Community Health Alliance is looking for full-time Scheduling Systems Coordinator. Join our talented team of Call Center that focus on serving the community and helping those in need by creating healthy outcomes for patients of every income.
We operate six convenient locations throughout Reno and Sparks, providing comprehensive, top-quality medical services, dental and pediatric care, behavioral health, low-cost pharmacies, nourishing food pantries, and more.
Job Summary/Objective:
The Scheduling Systems Coordinator is responsible for supporting provider scheduling operations within the electronic medical record (EMR) system (eClinicalWorks). This position performs data entry, schedule maintenance, and troubleshooting under the direction of a supervisor. The role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency with scheduling software, and the ability to communicate effectively with providers and staff regarding scheduling updates.

Qualifications

- Attention to detail for accurate data entry and schedule maintenance.
- Basic troubleshooting skills to identify scheduling discrepancies and report them.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to meet scheduling deadlines.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work within established guidelines.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for conveying scheduling updates.
- Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with colleagues in a structured environment.
Education and Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Experience in a healthcare setting with a minimum 3 years of scheduling preferred.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
