This role will collaborate with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies, create a seamless candidate experience, and ensure the organization is staffed with qualified professionals to support our mission of delivering high-quality behavioral health services.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies for clinical and non-clinical roles
  • Proactively source, screen and engage qualified candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking events, referrals, etc.)
  • Conduct interviews, coordinate and facilitate a positive candidate experience
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create compelling job descriptions and develop structured interview processes
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Oversee job postings, application tracking and compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with local colleges, universities and training programs
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and academic partners to create internship, practicum and entry-level employment opportunities for students and recent graduates
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in health care or behavioral health
  • Demonstrated knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, talent sourcing and candidate evaluation
  • Strong understanding of behavioral health care roles, credentialing requirements and workforce challenges
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS software
  • Knowledge of HR laws and regulations related to hiring and employment practices
