Job Description
- Full-cycle recruiting, leading up to 20 requisitions simultaneously.
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and manage on-going manager relationships.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and facilitate the interview process.
- Manage the recruitment process from open requisition to offer acceptance.
- Utilize various job boards, networking events, and social media to attract talent.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Participate in special projects / recruiting initiatives, including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, and leveraging of internal sources of talent.
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or similar HR role.
- Knowledge of labor legislation and recruiting best practices.
- Strong interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniques.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment software, and candidate databases.
- A competitive salary in the range of $65,000 to $85,000.
