We are looking for Max Clinic Program Coordinator to join our clinics! The Max Clinic Program Coordinator supports the programmatic and administrative activities of the Max Clinic which provides high impact, low barrier HIV care for patients with complex medical and social needs. This position provides project coordination for the Max Clinic at Community Health Care and will assist with the development and implementation of program policies and procedures and work across a multi-agency team to reach the most vulnerable people with HIV. They will lead the development of program promotion, outreach, and communication strategies to support program goals and increase community awareness and use of Max Clinic services. In addition, they coordinate work with Max Clinic partners to promote services and education in the community and maintain collaborative working relationships with other public health service providers. They also ensure Max Clinic staff enter clinical data into the EMR System, Careware system, and other systems in a timely manner. Plus, other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university with major course work in nursing, public health, behavioral science, sociology, psychology, or related field.
2 years managing a program or coordinating a public health project in a clinic setting.
Or relevant combination of education and experience.
