- Understanding of DDA ISP/Assessment, Supported Living philosophy, and client rights.
- Familiarity with client support and services (IISP, FA/PBSP) and related documentation systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent writing abilities.

- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks with attention to detail and organization.
