What are the responsibilities and job description for the Compassionate Caregiver for Home Health and Hospice position at Community Health & Counseling?
At Community Health & Counseling, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Health/Hospice Aide to join our team. This is a part-time position that requires the ability to provide personal care to patients and environmental assistance to families under the supervision of a delegated primary nurse.
This role allows for the continuance of necessary normal family activities within the patient's home, providing a supportive and comforting environment for those in need.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with the elderly and multi-problem families, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
As a Home Health/Hospice Aide, you will be responsible for providing block time home health/hospice services for a hospice patient, while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
