CHCW has an opening for CHCW has an opening for a Director of Nursing to be responsible to establish and maintain excellence in nursing and effective and efficient nursing operations by establishing nursing policies and procedures and promote nurse empowerment, shared governance and a culture of professionalism that supports engaged and committed nurses. You will work collaboratively with medical staff, academic programs, corporate programs, clinical sites, and organizational program practices to create a healthy and supportive environment for patients and families.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is required.
- Master’s degree in Nursing is preferred.
- 3 years related experience is required.
- WA RN license is required.
- BLS certification is required.
- Valid Driver’s license and auto insurance is required.
- Pre-employment drug screen is required
