Hendee Road Home is a 6 bed residential program for men with severe mental illness, providing 24-hour/7-day a week staff support in the residence and community. Our goal is to increase independence and self-efficacy through skills training around daily living, symptom management, coping skills, medication management, health & nutrition, healthy relationships, personal safety, money management, substance use education, linking to recovery supports, and providing sober activities.
Salary:
We offer a flat hourly rate for per diem and fee for service positions.
Job Description:
As a Crisis Intervention Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining family and other collateral contacts to ensure quality, client-centered services. You will assess and involve natural supports in treatment planning and discharge processes whenever possible. You will also demonstrate competency in age-related or specialty issues and developmental needs for each population served. Additionally, you will utilize our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system to document all services and contacts with clients, collateral contacts, and appointments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in human services required
