Internship Opportunity at CHR's New Life Center
We are a Residential Substance Abuse Treatment program designed to support women with substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders, along with their infants and toddlers under the age of 4 years or expectant mothers. Our unique approach focuses on developing effective parenting skills by promoting a healthy parental bond.
As a Master's Level Intern with CHR, you will gain hands-on experience and training in psychiatric and substance abuse diagnostic evaluation and treatment. This includes assessment, consultation, individual, couples, group, family therapy, and medication management.
Requirements:
- Must be enrolled in a master's degree program in a mental health field.
