Job Description
We are seeking an Office Assistant to provide support to our staff in a busy clinic. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an office or customer service setting and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The Office Assistant will be responsible for scheduling appointments, answering the main telephone line, and maintaining documentation and other methods of communication to ensure quality services. This includes triaging clients to handle crisis situations, processing intake paperwork, and preparing miscellaneous correspondence for clinic staff.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining the office in a neat and organized manner, completing filing, faxing, and copying requests as needed, and maintaining petty cash for staff.
