What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mental Health Professional/Specialist, CSW, PLPC position at COMMUNITY HEALTH?
We are currently seeking MHP/MHS, CSW, and PLPC to provide mental health services to children and adults within the home and community setting or telehealth.
To provide direct services including Community Psychiatric Support Treatment (CPST), must be licensed, Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) and Crisis Intervention to members in the MHR program.
Maintain mandatory record keeping and reports and follow established procedures in accordance to company's MHR program and federal and state licensing.
- REQUIRED EDUCATION:
- Licensed as a LPC, LCSW, CSW, PLPC LMSW
- Master's or Bachelor's in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, or Counseling

- MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES:
One year experience working in a direct care service capacity.
Demonstrated knowledge, skills and experience in child and adult mental health.
Knowledge of principles and techniques of youth and family counseling.
knowledge of principles and techniques of basic interviewing and assessments skills.
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
Computer literate.
Ability to work as a member of a team
Ability to work with a diverse group.
- QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT:
Valid driver's license
Car Insurance
Successful Clearance of local and state background checks as well as drug and TB testing.
- JOB DUTIES:
Maintain confidentiality of records relating to members.
Prepare and maintain all required treatment records and reports.
Counsel members individually and in groups.
Develop and implement treatment plans based on clinical experience and knowledge.
Collaborate with other staff members to perform clinical assessments and develop treatment plans.
Evaluate the effectiveness of counseling programs and member's progress in resolving identified problems.
Modify treatment activities and approaches as needed in order to apply with changes in member's status.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
