Horizon Health in Howard, SD is seeking a Full Time Chief Financial Officer. The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) is a senior executive responsible for overseeing the financial operations and strategic financial planning of the organization. The CFO will ensure the financial integrity, sustainability, and growth of the health center by managing budgets, financial analysis, accounting practices, and reporting. The CFO will also work closely with the CEO, leadership team, and Board of Directors to align financial strategy with the FQHC's mission to provide affordable, accessible, and high-quality healthcare services to underserved communities.

Education/Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (required).
- Five plus years of management experience required, preferably in the healthcare industry (preferred).
- Experience in healthcare finance, specifically in FQHCs or other non-profit healthcare settings (preferred).
