Caregivers requested. full-time and part-time available. Starting salary is $17.5 an hour. Members requesting assistance in Mountain Home, Nampa, Boise, and Meridian.
Community Home Care LLC is an agency specializing in Personal Care, Attendant Care, and Homemaker Services. Staff responsibilities include Activities of Daily Living [ADL] assistance such as:
- Eating and Meal Preparation,
- Toileting, Bathing, Personal Hygiene, and Dressing
- Mobility and Bed Transfers
- Laundry and Housework
- Shopping
Primary Responsibilities:
- Improving member quality of life
- ADL assistance and encouraging member independence
- Documentation of service through progress notes & electronic verification
- Completing a training & background check prior to service
Things to Consider:
- Scheduling is flexible and negotiable in a process involving members and staff.
- Performance is largely self-driven and encouraged through open communication with the agency and member. Agency support is available 8a-6p daily.
