Responsibilities
- Provide direct personal care and assistance to clients in their homes.
- Observe and report changes in client conditions to healthcare professionals.
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Ensure a clean and safe environment for clients by maintaining hygiene standards.
- Support clients with memory care techniques to enhance cognitive function.
- Respect client rights and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience in home health or caregiving preferred.
- Strong skills in patient observation and care techniques.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR.
- Compassionate nature with excellent communication skills.
