What are the responsibilities and job description for the Finance Assistant position at Community Hope?
Assisting with daily administrative duties in the finance department.
- Act as primary agency contact for cell phones, MiFi, and vehicles.
- Manage technology and equipment inventory for the organization.
- Liaison between programs, insurance company, and Enterprise for all company vehicles.
- Ensure insurance company is notified promptly of any vehicle-related accidents.
- Maintain office supplies used by department.
- Ensure all department information is properly filed in an organized manner.
- Review all department files to ensure all documents are properly archived.
- Assist data entry processing of A/R and A/P as needed.
- Assist in preparing various financial reports as needed.
- Provide administrative support to ensure timely completion of monthly close.
- Provide administrative support to ensure timely completion of audits.
- Attend and participate in all applicable training and meetings.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma and minimum of 2 years related experience.
- Advanced skills and understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel).
