Schedule: Mondays and Thursdays available. Pick a 4-6 hour shift anytime between 10 am-5pm
A community member is looking for someone to join her care team. This position is located just outside beautiful Pulaski in a country setting. You will work 1:1 with the community member on her care and offer companion care as time allows. Community Horizons is excited to connect with you to discuss the position in further detail. Pay:
$17 for SHC Tasks
-$18.83 for Personal Care tasks
The member is seeking assistance with personal cares:
· Grooming hair (wash/brush)
· Bed/sponge baths
· Skin monitoring
· Repositioning/monitor transfers for safety (currently using a hoyer lift)
· Brief/incontinence care.
· Meal prep
· Light housekeeping
· Companionship/conversing about horses, history, dogs, and life experiences.
· Read a book aloud
· Organizing/decluttering cabinets or closets
The Ideal Candidate:
The location is quickly located off Hwy 29/32 in Pulaski, so you must have:
· A valid driver's license.
· Reliable transportation
· Pass a WI background check.
· Be comfortable with a dog in the home. (Friendly Dog)
