The Analyst will support both the Vice President of Hospital Productivity and Accounting and the Director of Financial Analysis.This position provides analytical support to the Hospital Accounting and Productivity functions through data and financial analysis. This is an exciting onsite role at our beautiful corporate offices located in Plano between Legacy West and Grandscape. At CHC we enjoy an outstanding work environment, comprehensive health and welfare benefits including paid fitness facility membership, tuition reimbursement, a generous PTO allowance, free covered parking, and a great company culture.Major ResponsibilitiesMonthly reconciliation of CHC prepared financial reports vs hospital prepared financial statementsUpload hospital financial data into IBM Cognos Analytics tool on a monthly basisCompletion of annual government survey for owned hospitalsMaintenance of master tables in CHC productivity software on a biweekly basisAnalysis of hospital department labor productivity on an ad hoc basisAssistance with analysis of financial and productivity data received from hospitals as part of operational assessmentsPeriodic support of CHC's SVP of Strategic Analysis with hospital service line profitability analyses. Support would include preparing data requests, building hospital service line financial models, and preparing narrative reports to share analysis findings with the hospitalclient.Periodic support for CHC client hospitals with financial analytical needs.
