What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dietary Float position at Community Hospital?
Dietary Aide/Float position: Full-time position working typically 7:30am-3:30pm. Flexible availability desired.
The Dietary Aide is responsible to maintain current information on diet orders for patients, to ensure that adequate quantities of all foods are prepared and is instrumental in providing the correct foods to each patient according to the physician’s diet order as well as providing customer service to the public and hospital employees. Other duties will include serving as the back up for the gift shop as well as maintaining the stock in the grab-and-go refrigerator.
