Front Desk Receptionist needed for high volume orthopedic clinic in North Oklahoma City
Monday-Friday, no weekends or major holidays.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients
- Answer calls, take messages and re-direct calls as necessary
- Checking patients in/out
- Enter all patient data quickly and efficiently
- Verify demographics and insurance during check-in
- Collect co-pays/balances during the visit
- Scheduling follow up appointments
- Chart preparation, scanning/indexing medical records and other duties as assigned
