Human Resource Manager – Full-time position working Monday-Friday
Major position responsibilities include:
- Performs employee relations functions effectively to promote a positive work environment
- Assists VP with the administration and review of the facility-wide compensation
- Plans, investigates, and develops proposals related to establishing employee benefit programs and ensures compliance with benefit regulations
- Oversees, develops, and monitors programs related to the retention of all hospital staff
- Maintains an understanding of all laws which impact HR practices
- Oversees leave of absence management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required, human resource emphasis preferred
- 3-5 years experience in humans resources required
