Responsibilities:
- Perform tasks that are routine, repetitive and require no nursing judgement.
- Basic patient care activities as delegated and supervised by a Registered Nurse (RN), including but not limited to, monitoring vital signs, taking blood glucose measurements, and recording intake and output.
- Assists patients with tending to personal care and activities of daily living, including but not limited to, bathing, grooming and eating.
- Assist with transportation of patients.
- Watching patients at Fall Risk, in their room.
- Specimen collection and supplies.
- Clean and stock the department and patient rooms.
- Participate as an active member of the health care team and positively promotes the rest of the team to patients/families/caregivers and other colleagues.
Requrirements:
- Currently enrolled in a formal Board of Nursing approved undergraduate academic Nursing Program leading to a degree in nursing.
- Completion of at least three (3) semesters of Nursing School and in Good Academic Standing.
- Current BLS Certification required
- Able to work 24 hours per month while in school
Compensation:
- $19.00 - $26.60 per hour, depending on education and experience.
- Discretionary bonuses, relocation expenses, merit increase, market adjustments, recognition bonuses, and other forms of discretionary compensation may be available.

- Relocation: Must relocate to Grand Junction, CO 81505
- Work Location: In-person/onsite
