We are looking for an experienced RN to lead our quality improvement efforts as the RN Quality Improvement Manager. This individual will oversee the development and implementation of quality assurance plans, working closely with healthcare teams to drive positive change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and report on compliance with governmental regulations and accreditation standards.
- Develop and implement quality assurance plans to improve patient care and safety.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to identify areas for quality improvement.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to quality assurance activities.
Requirements:
- CURRENT RN LICENSE REQUIRED
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or 8 years of healthcare organization experience.
- Proficient in Meditech and Microsoft Office.
- Current working knowledge of CMS Rules/Regulations and accreditation bodies preferred.
- Case Management experience preferred.
