Full time Scheduler needed for busy Pain Management physician in south OKC . Bilingual Spanish/English a plus. Excellent work environment.
Responsibilities
- Scheduling patients
- Sending results to physician
- Prior Authorizations
- Coordinating referrals
- Explaining procedures and steps to Patients
- 1 year Insurance/Medical Billing experience preferred
- 1 year experience in a clinic setting preferred
- Must be able to learn quickly
- High School diploma or equivalent required (GED)
Computer Skills Required
- Must be able to type 40 wpm, have experience with Excel, Word and PDF
- EMR experience a PLUS
