Compensation: $30.00-$36.47 per hour

Our Spring Manor facility here at CHMHA has a fantastic opportunity for a Residential Case Manager.
Our Residential Case Manager will work as part of a team with a caseload of 8-12 clients, providing mental health services and community support in a residential setting. They will be responsible for writing/reviewing treatment plans and tracking client progress.

SCHEDULE
The available schedule for this role is Sunday-Wednesday, 6:00AM-4:00PM.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Advocate for member needs which include but are not limited to medical appointments, welfare & vocational programs, and legal systems
- Provide hands-on assistance each week to residents to clean room and use prompting to ensure hygiene is up to standards
- Facilitate off-site activities with residents
- Perform assigned physical residential move-ins and move outs including transportation of individuals and personal items when scheduled
- Provide immediate crisis intervention and resolution as needed
- Visually supervise medication distribution as necessary
- Maintain resident records in keeping with agency, county, and state guidelines
- Provide treatment interventions when appropriate
- Maintain resident and staff confidentiality at all times
- Commit to 12 hours annual continuing education/training
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Current First Aid/CPR certification
- Current Food Handler’s permit
- Have legible handwriting
- Ability to do simple mathematics
- Ability to read and comprehend agency/member charts
- Obtain valid Agency Affiliated Counselor Registration within 30 days of hire
- Obtain valid Home Care Aide certificate within 200 days of hire
- Must hold a valid WA State license for 1 year with clean driving record to use agency vehicles.
- Prior experience with mental health population
- Ability to perform duties outlined above within reasonable accommodation
