Community Housing Opportunities Corporation (CHOC) is committed to hiring local and regional candidates for our respective CHOC Energy, CES Integrated, Community Impact and Sterling Asset Management divisions.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer and direct all incoming phone calls
- Provide Administrative support to the Management Team, including special projects.
- Schedule Property Repair appointments for CES employees
- Download and code all relevant invoices, including Home Depot and Lowes
- Work with outside vendors, scheduling and invoice processing
- Respond to daily client emails, inquiries and updates
- Process daily work orders and schedule staff
- Inventory management
- Responsible for ordering division parts and materials
- Assist with work order tracking
- Track all coding of incoming invoices and vendor accounts
- Familiar with Buildertrend software or similar software
- Experience with Salesforce platforms a plus
- Ability to travel occasionally to provide on-site support

- Minimum of 2-4 years administrative experience, construction industry experience a plus
- Proficient: Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Positive, proactive and can-do attitude in a fast-paced, ever-changing global environment
- Exceptional ability to multi-task, prioritize conflicting demands and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, business acumen and timely follow-through
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
- Interact with all levels of internal and external contacts with diplomacy and professionalism Handle confidential information with integrity and exercise discretion
- Ability to foresee challenges with calendar, travel needs, etc.
- Confidence and strong decision-making skills
- Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish a plus
