Overview:
Community Impact is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As the Administrative Coordinator, you will play a vital role in maintaining the efficiency and organization of our office operations. This position requires a self-starter with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a knack for multitasking.
Responsibilities:
Reception and Facilities:
- Answer phones and doors, serving as admin backup for other metros.
- Manage facility tickets and address office-related issues.
- Assist with conference room setup and address equipment issues.
- Keep the office clean and tidy, ensuring a welcoming environment.
Purchasing and Inventory:
- Procure office and breakroom supplies.
- Manage inventory of marketing materials and purchase necessary supplies.
- Order food for office events and manage catering relationships.
- Handle ordering business cards, nameplates, and press badges.
- Archive and bind newspapers as needed.
Event Support:
- Set up conference rooms and run staff meeting presentations.
- Order food for office events and manage logistics.
- Assist in organizing and distributing employee awards (Stones, buttons, etc.).
- Framing business articles for display.
Vendor and Subscriptions Management:
- Manage relationships with office vendors (pest control, cleaning, caterers, etc.).
- Handle circulation tickets, addressing delivery issues.
- Manage newspaper subscriptions for the office.
Sales & Marketing Support:
- Support job jacket activities, serving as backup for account owners.
- Send tearsheets and special mailings as required
- Manage inventory of slicks and samples.
IT Support:
- Handle level 1 IT tickets.
- Deploy computers and manage IT inventory.
- Route phone sales leads, especially during Q1.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administrative or coordination roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and self-starting approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

- Pay: Starting hourly rate of $22.35 ($46,500 annually)
- Mileage Reimbursement
- Paid Time Off: 112 hours annually
- Paid Holidays: 10 per year, plus an additional paid day off for your birthday
