Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Lines Customer Service Agent located in Lancaster, PA. The Commercial Lines Customer Service Agent will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, support, and satisfaction to clients. Day-to-day tasks include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
