Supplemental Information
Hourly Range: $ 36.97- $50.71 ($76,893 - $105,469 annually) (DOE)

Who should apply?
Registered Nurse in the state of Washington with an Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN).
Two (2) years of experience in a behavioral health setting, preferably supporting the health and wellness needs of the chronically mental ill.

- Assure timely access to high quality behavioral health services and follow through with meeting needs

Some of what you will do:
- Identifies potential health problems through assessment of participants physical and mental status, daily living skills, coping patterns, strengths and supports.
- Develops plans of care based on assessment and in coordination with participants.
- Administers and monitors prescribed medications. Educates consumer and Team Members regarding substance abuse and Clinic medication interactions, including obtaining informed consent and providing risks/benefits of treatment information to participants.
- Engages in case management activities with participants which include: intake, assessment, service plan development, linking and coordination of services, service advocacy, and monitoring and evaluation services.
- Participates in crisis intervention services with participants.
- Provides supportive counseling or problem-solving activities to assist participants in developing and maintaining the supports necessary to manage their illness.
- Will cover other CIHS locations as needed.
