What are the responsibilities and job description for the Activities Coordinator position at Community LIFE?
Schedule: Monday - Friday; 7:30am - 4:00pm with flexibility based on participant need
Summary of Job Duties:
Required Education:
Required Experience:
- One year of experience leading or directing recreation activities with a frail or elderly population required; preferably in a multidisciplinary setting.
- Supervisory experience highly preferred.
Required Licensure: Valid PA Driver's License. CTRS or MT highly preferred.
- Ability to plan and supervise the work of others, to work cooperatively with others and to communicate effectively.
- Ability to accept and utilize supervision to maintain high standards of quality.
- Ability to work effectively as a team member with staff, participants, providers and referral sources.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong teamwork and conflict resolution skills.
