What are the responsibilities and job description for the Rehabilitation Specialist (Geriatrics) position at Community LIFE?
Summary : Our COTA provides in-home therapy for older adults on an ongoing basis in an effort to help regain or maintain their abilities to remain independent with the ADLs and IADLs, range of motion, strength and interventions established by a treatment plan from the OT / L. This is a Mon-Fri daylight (7 : 30am-4 : 00pm) position with no evenings or weekends! Mileage reimbursement is provided at the federal rate.

Required Education : Successful OTA / L program completion approved by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
Required Experience : Minimum of one year working with the frail or elder population.
