About the Role:
We are seeking a per diem Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our interdisciplinary team at The Longwood at Oakmont and The Willows. As a PTA, you will work closely with our Physical Therapist to establish appropriate goals and execute treatment plans.
This role requires flexibility and weekend availability, with weekday hours being ideal. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a 401(k) plan and Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Physical Therapist to establish goals and treatment plans
- Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation
- Help patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community we serve
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapist Assistants
- Valid state license
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends
- Acute care, long-term care, and/or rehabilitation experience preferred but not required
