Overview
The Assisted Living Manager plays a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of the home. The person in this role will assist in managing a home for people with intellectual disabilities. This person will supervise direct care staff; schedule staff coverage and training; transport clients, coordinate and attend client appointments, pass medications, develop service plans; provide direct care, maintain accurate progress notes, records, and reports; purchase and order home needs.
Successful candidates must be flexible with open availability to staff at the home; periodically, cover evening or night shifts to supervise and train staff or fill in shifts when needed.
This is a Full-time, 40-hour-per-week salaried position and requires availability for On Call coverage.
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Valid Clean Maine Driver's License
Previous Experience working with Individuals with Developmental Disabilites required
