Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Manage daily operations of the assisted living facility, including staffing, budgeting, and compliance with state regulations.
- Supervise and train staff to ensure high standards of care are maintained.
- Foster a positive living environment that promotes resident dignity, independence, and well-being.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure residents receive appropriate medical attention and support.
- Address resident concerns and complaints promptly while advocating for their rights.
- Organize activities and programs that enhance social engagement and mental stimulation for residents.
- Maintain accurate records related to resident care, staff performance, and facility operations.
