Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
- Resolve technical issues related to computer hardware and software issues.
- Provide technical support for peripherals including copiers and phones.
- Provide desktop maintenance and upgrades.
- Configures computer systems and applications within company guidelines.
- Develop and maintain instructional guides for computer equipment.
- Update computer and software inventory as needed.
- Assist in creating training materials pertaining to computer and software usage.
- Provides training to staff and new hires on technology usage and Cybersecurity.
- Prepares New Computers for the agency.
- Creates User Accounts in Active Directory and Office 365.
- Assists third-party vendors with select IS department projects.

Qualifications:
Education, Experience, Skills:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- One to two years’ experience supporting Windows 10, 11 computers.
- One to two years’ experience supporting Office 365
- Experience utilizing Remote Desktop Software and Remote Management Software (RMM) preferred.
- Previous experience troubleshooting hardware issues and replacing hardware on both desktop, laptop and Chromebooks.
- Experience installing software, patches, updates on PCs.
- Experience troubleshooting basic network, software and printing problems.
- Experience in customer service
- Must be able to write and document in a clear, concise professional manner.

Physical Demands/Working Conditions:
- Moderate Work – exerts up to 50lbs of force occasionally and 20lbs frequently associated with moving objects. Standing, sitting, reaching, typing and walking are common.
- Requires driving to Community Living, Inc. locations on a regular basis.
