Community Management is currently seeking an Onsite Housekeeper for a condominium property in Baton Rouge, LA.
The Onsite Housekeeper position is a part of our On-Site Team in the Property Preservation Department. Duties include but are not limited to cleaning, dusting, etc. in assigned common areas, reports issues to Community Association Manager, restocks supplies, and other tasks/duties as assigned.
Job Responsibilities:
- Follow Community Management Team Member Manual, policies, and procedures
- Cleans, dusts, mops and sweeps assigned common areas
- Assist with the organization and janitorial supplies closet, remove garbage from assigned common areas daily
- Changes light bulbs in common areas with minimal assistance
- Reports any major maintenance and/or cleanliness issues to Community Association Manager
- Create work orders/service requests as noticed to complete; be proactive
- Completes daily duty sheets
- Arrive on time for work each day
Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED required
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Excellent communication skills
Physical Demands
- The work is physically demanding, requiring walking, standing, bending, carrying up to 25lbs.
Candidates must have reliable transportation and valid drivers license and vehicle insurance.
