Responsibilities

As the Rehab Services Manager of Acute Care at Community Regional Medical Center, you will lead, oversee, and assess a dedicated team of rehab clinicians and support staff to ensure the highest quality of care and service. This role encompasses responsibilities in staff development, program enhancement, budget management, and overall operations while fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment. Utilizing your proven leadership skills in training, mentoring, and coaching, you will oversee a staff of 60 employees, while effectively mediating and resolving complex problems and issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech-Language Pathology required
- 3 years working as a licensed clinician in an acute care/rehabilitation department of a medical center serving a diverse patient population required
- 2 years in staff supervision or leadership responsibilities required
- 2 years as a member of, or working with a multidisciplinary team required
Licenses and Certifications
- BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required
- One of the following is required
- PT - State of California Physical Therapist License
- OT - State of California Occupational Therapist License
- SLP - State of California Speech Language Pathologist License
