The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, overseeing, and executing the company’s marketing, branding, retention, and community engagement strategies. This individual will lead a team including the Marketing Outreach Events Coordinators and work collaboratively with internal departments, vendors, and external partners to ensure alignment with Community Medical Group’s mission and growth objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Develops and executes comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to drive brand awareness, patient retention, and community outreach.
2. Lead end to end campaign execution, including ideation, creative requests, audience segmentation, channel distribution planning, timelines, and reporting.
3. Review and approve all direct-to-consumer communications to ensure copywriting, creative elements, target audiences, message formatting, style and tone align with the organization’s guidelines.
4. Plan and manage weekly digital communications and marketing calendar for the organization’s direct to consumer channels (SMA, all, website, paid advertising, and broadcast)
5. Supervises, mentors, and evaluates performance of Marketing Outreach Events Coordinators and other team members.
6. Oversees planning and execution of large-scale community events, ensuring high-quality experiences and alignment with brand values.
7. Manages vendor relationships and contracts, including printing vendors, creative agencies, and event service providers.
8. Leads content creation and review for internal and external communications, marketing collateral, and promotional materials.
9. Tracks inventory and oversees the distribution of marketing items and branded giveaways.
10. Collaborates cross-functionally with operations, clinical, and administrative departments to support company-wide initiatives.
11. Ensures marketing compliance with healthcare regulations and brand standards.
12. Researches and identifies new marketing trends, tools, and partnership opportunities to enhance CMG’s visibility.
13. Assists with budget planning and monitors spending to ensure fiscal responsibility.
14. Maintains a high standard of professionalism and fosters a safe and respectful environment at all marketing activities.
15. Performs special projects and other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education/Experience:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or related field.
2. Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably within healthcare or community-based organizations.
3. Experience managing teams and large-scale community engagement initiatives.
Skills:
1. Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to balance strategic planning and execution.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), art design programs like: Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and/or and marketing platforms such as Canva, Mailchimp, or similar.
3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
4. High level of creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
5. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and with external stakeholders.
6. Bilingual skills preferred (English/Spanish).
