I’m looking for a Miami-based Marketing Manager & Executive Videographer to serve as my right hand —someone who understands both the creative and strategic side of marketing while also leading content production and brand expansion.
This is more than just filming. You will develop and execute marketing strategies, oversee content distribution, manage brand positioning, and optimize performance—all while producing top-tier video content.
Your work will be inspired by Dan Martell, Alex Hormozi, and Iman Gadzhi , but this role requires more than just execution—you need to think like a CMO and operate like a high-level content strategist.

Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow the personal brand, agency, and SaaS business.Plan and manage content distribution across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.Oversee audience growth initiatives through organic, paid, and partnership-driven marketing efforts.Track and analyze marketing performance to optimize content, messaging, and lead generation.Build and maintain marketing automation systems to drive lead nurturing and conversions.Video Creation & Content Production
Film and produce daily content – Gym workouts, business meetings, behind-the-scenes, and lifestyle footage.Edit high-energy, conversion-focused videos – Short-form, viral-style content optimized for engagement.Create marketing-driven storytelling that connects with target audiences and builds brand loyalty.Manage video distribution strategies – Optimize reach, engagement, and conversion.Executive-Level Business Support
Manage schedules, priorities, and key projects to keep operations running smoothly.Oversee external vendors, contractors, and marketing partners when necessary.Provide strategic insights into business growth, sales processes, and marketing funnels.Who You Are
