About the Role :
As a Social Services Manager at our Health Care Services organization, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the social services department. Your main objective will be to ensure that our patients receive the highest quality of care and support. You will be responsible for developing and implementing social service programs that meet the needs of our patients and their families. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring that all social service programs comply with state and federal regulations.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field
- 3 years of experience in social work or a related field
- Experience managing a team of social workers
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to social services
