Compensation
Salary Range: $21.13 - $31.84 / hour

Responsibilities
Environmental Services Office Coordinator - One (1) Temporary Full-Time Position Available
Position Overview:
The Environmental Services Office Coordinator provides administrative support to the Environmental Services and Laundry Departments. This position coordinates the organization and administrative functions of the departments; Interacts with department employees, handles scheduling and payroll corrections, schedules appointments, coordinates lost and found items and inquiries, researches equipment and supplies, creates purchase requisitions, interacts with vendors and coordinates purchased services, monitors and tracks employee compliance requirements, maintains monthly tracking reports, department staffing and quality. The Environmental Services Office Coordinator has a passion for excellence and interacts with staff, visitors, and patients in warm and friendly manner.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Bilingual in Spanish/English
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associates degree (AA)
- Six (6) months experience and/or training
