Compensation

Salary Range: $25.89 - $39.01 / hour

The pay range above represents the lowest possible rate for the position and the highest possible rate. Factors that may be used to determine where newly hired employees will be placed in the pay range include the employee specific skills and qualifications, relevant years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Most often, a newly hired employee will be placed below the midpoint of the range.

Responsibilities

Position Overview:

The Onboarding Specialist is responsible for the on-boarding process for all CMH new hires, including processing backgrounds checks, completion of new hire documents, scheduling appointments for new hires, entry of new hire information in our HR database, and employee first day onboarding and orientation.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, Work and Excel
• One (1) year of human resources or relevant experience 

Preferred:

• Bilingual in Spanish
