Are you passionate about making a difference? We’re hiring a Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP) to join our supportive and community-focused organization. As a key team member, you’ll serve as the primary contact for patients at our clinic, providing individual counseling, developing treatment plans, and connecting patients to vital resources.

In This Role, You Will:
- Guide patients in achieving their treatment goals through individualized support.
- Collaborate with the Treatment Team to ensure the best patient outcomes.
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in every interaction.
Your Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required; AA/BA in Social Services preferred.
- Experience in the social service field and in the area of chemical dependency treatment is required in accordance with the qualifications for a Department of Health licensed Chemical Dependency Professional as stipulated in the WAC.
- MHP is desired but not required.
- MHP is desired but not required.
- Active Washington Department of Health SUDP license.
- Current Washington State Driver’s License and access to a reliable car with liability insurance.
- Experience in social services, particularly in chemical dependency treatment.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Must be able to pass required background checks.
