Job Type- Full Time

Job Summary- Community Missions has a Full Time Recruitment Specialist position available. The position includes performing specific tasks that relate to recruitment, employment interviews, onboarding, job placement, and satisfaction in on the job training. Additionally, this position entails attending job fairs and performing outreach tasks including presentations on job openings at local colleges. The Recruitment Specialist works closely with the Vice Presidents and Hiring Staff within the agency.

Key Responsibilities-

· Work with area colleges, job fair organizations, etc. for recruitment purposes

· Maintain job posting on all applicable platforms

· Receive, review, and forward all resumes and applications to appropriate staff

· Maintain filing system for resumes

· Inform applicants about job details such as benefits and conditions as well as interview applicants about their experience, education, and skill sets

· Perform background checks for potential applicants

· Assist the HR team with on-boarding new applicants

· Conduct Recruitment Survey’s with newly hired staff to ensure that they are receiving the proper on the job training

Qualifications-

· Associate’s degree in a related field

· Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing in a clear and concise manner

· Valid New York State Driver’s License with clean driving record

· First Aid/CPR trained (agency will provide)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,500.00 - $38,500.00 per year
