Family Solutions Program Case Manager <
Position : Case Manager
Divison : Youth Services
Program : Family Solutions Program
General Overview or Main Functions : Direct provision of Family Solutions Group Therapy programming for juvenile probationers and their families; Maintains effective rapport with Police, Probation and Court personnel; Assures proper care and treatment of youth and families; Assures required records are maintained; Completes required meetings;Utilizes supervision effectively.
Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in social work, social science or related field; minimum two years experience completing group work with at-risk youth; Knowledge of juvenile justice system and family court process; Crisis intervention skills; Conflict resolution skills; group leadership skills; team work skills; record keeping skills.
Hours : Full-Time
Salary Range : $42,000 - $55,000, annualized.
