We are seeking a 10th Grade Math Teacher to join our High School team for the 2025-2026 school year. In addition to teaching Geometry, the 10th Grade Math Teacher will teach one elective class per semester, and will serve as the Advisory / Ethics Teacher for a cohort of 10th grade students with a focus on Personal Ethics.
The qualified applicant will hold a Minnesota Teaching license in Mathematics, have a strong understanding of the Minnesota Academic Standards in Math, possess the ability to develop rapport with learners of diverse backgrounds, and demonstrate an unyielding commitment to helping all students attain high academic and ethical standards of performance.
We place great emphasis upon building community and encouraging character development through positive relationships with students. To this end, Developmental Designs is implemented across grades 7-12. Internal coaching and support is provided in implementing DD practices. In addition, teachers are supported in their professional growth through weekly PLCs, structured common planning, and frequent observation and coaching. All new teachers are also assigned a Mentor.
