Community Options, Inc . is a national non-profit agency providing services to individuals with disabilities in 12 states. We are Now Hiring a Full-time Employment Specialist in San Antonio , TX to coach persons with developmental disabilities and prepare them for employment. The Employment Specialist will develop essential job skills for persons with disabilities and assist in job placement.
- Employment service credentials from UNTWISE preferred
- Pay Rate : $18.00 per hour Responsibilities
- Provide the necessary assistance for people with disabilities to be placed in competitive employment.
- Coach the person with disabilities to develop independent job skills.
- Work side-by-side with persons with disabilities at job sites.
- Reinforce essential skills, or teach new skills such as developing a resume, conducting a successful job interview, and completing a job application.
- Accurately complete all documentation.
- Additional tasks and responsibilities may be assigned
