The Role
As our Case Manager, you will be responsible for organizing, facilitating, and documenting service planning for individuals with developmental disabilities. You will work collaboratively with other community resources to ensure high-quality service provision.
Requirements
- An associate degree or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree preferred
- Two-three years of relevant field experience preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to utilize technology provided to perform job requirements
- A valid driver's license and proof of vehicle liability coverage
- Excellent multitasking abilities
