The Role:
The Critical Intervention Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of the CTI coaches. You will have a primary focus on connecting people to long term support (both clinical and social). The CTI supervisor will oversee the success of all department personnel. These functions include hiring, training, mentoring, and evaluating performances.
This is a Part Time Position with a $2000.00 Sign on Bonus!

You have a master’s degree in social work or related field. You’re dedicated to being a team player and genuinely invested in serving our populations. You’re also committed to making a difference in the people around you each and every day.
What we’re looking for:
- Master’s degree in social work or related field.
- Experience in behavioral health and case management.
- Supervisory Experience.
- Ability to communicate both orally and in writing.
- Ability to utilize technology provided to perform requirements of the job.
- Valid Driver’s License, proof of automobile liability insurance and reliable transportation.
