Human Resources Coordinator

Job Description:
Responsible for performing receptionist and general office duties, including receiving visitors, issuing badges, and offering excellent customer service. Assists Human Resources staff with data entry, copying, and filing. Completes new employee files, file audits and archives terminated employee files.
Pay Scale:
$22.09/hr.

- Paid Holidays include Memorial Day, Independence Day, Juneteenth, Presidents Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day

Requirements
Required:
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related; may accept 2 years of relevant experience with SHRM-CP certification.
- At least one year clerical experience
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Word and Excel
- Ability and willingness to learn quickly
- Must be reliable, detail orientated, able to work under pressure with frequent interruptions, and maintain accurate records
- Knowledge, skill, and ability to operate general office equipment, telephone, audio/visual equipment, computer, printer/scanner, etc.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment physical examination, TB test, drug test (including marijuana), and background check in accordance with the Office of Head Start Performance Standards and Childcare Licensing. (Physical examination and TB test thereafter as required).
- Must have access to reliable transportation and if using a personal vehicle must maintain minimum liability insurance as determined by the State of Colorado.
Preferred:
- Experience working in a Human Resources Department
- Familiarly with HRIS systems
